How to Submit Photos

If you do not have a photo available right now please bookmark this page and submit your photos later.

1. If you are unable to upload photos with this form you can email the photos to photos@servicedogtags.com
2. Enter your name, your email address that you used when you place your order and your dog’s name.
3. Under the title “Photo 1″ click on the Browse button. Locate the photo file on your computer that you wish to send us and click “Open”.
4. You may also submit a second photo for the same animal. We will use the photo we think will work best. If you don’t want us to choose then only send one photo.
5. Click “Submit” and wait till the file has uploaded. You will receive the following message when the has been sent “Thank you for your photo submission to Service Dog Tags.”
6. If you are ordering tags for more than one dog repeat steps 1 – 4 above until all photos have been uploaded.
7. You may also mail us photos to scan and return with your tags
